WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?This office position works Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, giving you a great work-life balance while allowing you to be a key player in our human resources department.
As an HR - Benefits Administrator, you will dive into the world of benefits management, assisting new associates with enrolling in various programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and more. Your days will be filled with conducting orientations, guiding associates through the onboarding process, and ensuring they understand their options. You'll manage accurate and up-to-date associate benefit records using the Associate Navigator, ensuring all documentation is complete and correct. Communication will be key as you create and distribute related materials, respond to inquiries, and keep everyone informed about any changes. Compliance and reporting will be part of your routine as you generate necessary reports and data. You'll also collaborate with benefit plan providers and insurance carriers, helping to resolve any issues that arise. Additionally, you'll assist in tracking FMLA for associates and provide support our manager as needed.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Proficiency with web-based programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
Basic knowledge of associate benefits and HR practices is a plus.
