You drive revenue growth and cost control through program recommendations. Managing census and marketing to maintain occupancy are key tasks. You also oversee facility upkeep and ensure sanitation standards. Managing an associate team involves recruiting, training, and fostering growth, all with the goal of enhancing the assisted living experience for our residents.
