YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A SENIOR LIVING OPERATIONS DIRECTORAs an Senior Living Operations Director, you lead our community's daily operations, preserving residents' dignity and privacy while staying within budgets. You drive revenue growth and cost control through program recommendations. Managing census and marketing to maintain occupancy are key tasks. You also oversee facility upkeep and ensure sanitation standards. Managing an associate team involves recruiting, training, and fostering growth, all with the goal of enhancing the assisted living experience for our residents. It's an important job, and you feel proud of the difference you make each day!
