Western Sydney Local Health District is Hiring a Level 1/2 Physiotherapist Near Sydney, FL

Provide high-quality physiotherapy services to WSLHD patients. Contribute to planning, implementing, evaluating, and improving physiotherapy services.Employment Type: Temporary Full Time (up to 28th July 2025)
Position Classification: Physiotherapist Level 1/2
Remuneration: $35.77 - $51.04 per hour
Hours Per Week: 38
Location: Westmead
Where you'll be workingWestern Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What You'll Be Doing
  • Responsible for the provision of the high quality physiotherapy services to patients of WSLHD.
  • Responsible for contributing to the planning, implementation, evaluation improvement & reporting of the physiotherapy service

Essential Criteria
  • Qualification: APHRA approved Physiotherapy degree
  • Registration: Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Evidence of Diversity claim if applicable (state which category): Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander
Selection Criteria
  • Ability to apply clinical knowledge and concepts to practical situations in clinical settings
  • Ability to provide high quality clinical services across a broad range of clinical areas.
  • Demonstrated effective written & verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Proven ability to apply evidence-based practice in clinical settings
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development and knowledge of Quality Improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to respond to feedback and incorporate into clinical practice
