We are seeking Qualified Mental Health Professionals such as Counselors, and Social Workers (Qualified Mental Health Professionals Adult & Child) for various departments throughout our agency.
Responsibilities and Duties for Qualified Mental Health Professionals:
- Provide consumer assessments, to include determination of initial services for priority populations
- Schedule services
- Linkage/referrals to other service providers
- Provide counseling, plan, develop, coordinate, consult, and implement services that provide treatment, education, rehabilitation, and support to
Qualifications and Skills Qualified Mental Health Professional:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service field
- One year experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental illness, substance abuse or who are dually
- QMHP-C or QMHP-A Required
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable DMV
