We are seeking a Trainee to join our Information Technology team based in the Berkeley Heights, NJ office. Westfield Specialty’s Training Program provides an entry level opportunity for individuals with the drive to become successful members of our IT team. While working within the structure of a formalized training program, trainees will learn IT practices by participating in formal as well as on-the-job training. Developing a working knowledge of product language, system practices, policies and guidelines. Upon successful completion of the training, trainees will continue to work with their team to understand Westfield Specialty’s IT process and perform basic functions in a full time developer/engineer/analyst role.
