Westfield Public Schools is Hiring a Summer School Clerical Support Near Westfield, MA
The special education summer school needs four hours per week of clerical support. Internal applicants are welcome to apply.QUALIFICATIONSData entry of student attendance, discipline, grading, transfer information, etc. in appropriate software. General office duties. Any other duties assigned by the building principal or his/her designee.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the following Computer Applications: MUNIS; Power School; Excel and Microsoft Word required. Demonstrated proficiency in the Google Platform including GoogleDocs, Sheets, and Slides required.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience in office procedures and use of office equipment.
