Job Description
Join our team as a Driver , responsible for operating minibuses, vans, lightweight trucks, and full-size trains, including mini trains for various activities. You will transport guests, clients, trainees, or company personnel, ensuring safe and efficient travel. As a Driver, you will:
- Transport resort guests along an established route
- Transportation of team members to and from parking areas
- Attend and participate in staff meetings
- Onsite interoffice mail delivery
- Assist disabled passengers in and out of vehicles
- Operate radio or similar device to communicate with a base station or other vehicles to report disruption of service
- Clean and service vehicles with fuel, lubricants, and accessories
- Inspect vehicle every day prior to operation for safety hazards and vehicle maintenance and turn the inspection sheet to the department manager's office
Qualifications
- CDL driver's license with passenger endorsement required
- Must have one year experience in driving the class of vehicle operated and must meet all state and local licensing requirements
- Must maintain satisfactory driving records and must take a mandatory defensive driving safety class
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds occasionally
- Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver's license to drive company golf carts
- Training for the full-size and mini-train will be conducted on the property

- Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
