As a RN/LPN you would be responsible for assessing the patient; collect and document the patient's current health status and medical history. Complete and/or review Admission Data Record as defined by policy. Make accurate and ongoing assessment of patient's status and respond appropriately. Administer and document direct resident care, medications and treatments per physicians’ orders and accurately record all care provided. Interpret existing policies and procedures to nursing assistants, restorative nursing assistants, residents, families and physicians. Provide supervision to Nursing Assistant providing direct resident care.
Current South Dakota LPN/RN license required
Must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Part Time and Full Time Positions Available. Evening Shift- 2pm - 10:30pm and Night Shift- 10pm- 6:30am.
