Retail Sales Associate

Duties:

- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Keep the store clean and organized
- Stock shelves (this will require bending, lifting, reaching, etc) and ensure products are properly displayed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Experience:

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of technical sales is a plus
- Organizational skills to maintain inventory and keep track of sales
