• • • This position will perform all mechanical work involving dismantling, overhauling, repairing, assembling, welding and other modifications. The top priority is to keep production running!
    • Perform preventative maintenance and daily inspections.
    • Perform work on electrical and refrigeration systems.
    • Must be able to lift or maneuver objects up to 50 pounds.
    • Must be available for maintenance emergencies as needed.
    • Operate proper electric, pneumatic or hydraulic hand tools, such as drills, impact wrenches and power saws.
    • Use tape measures, scales, rulers, height sticks, hand levels or gauges. High precision is not essential.
    • Use electronic scales, balances, voltmeters, micrometers, gauges, metering devices or oscilloscopes where high precision is essential.
    • Operate motorized vehicles, automobiles, light duty trucks, scooters, overhead hoists, skid loaders or airlifts.
    • Operate acetylene torches for cutting and shaping metal

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Minimum Education: High School, Trade School, Vocational

Minimum Experience: 2 years of mechanical experience preferable. Completion of welding, electrical, and refrigeration courses is preferred.

Minimum Training: Welding, refrigeration, electrical, and electronics training.
