Job Summary:
The maintenance role is responsible for maintaining, upgrading and modifying all equipment including current production equipment and future program equipment.

Minimum of a high school diploma or an equivalent.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail. Problem analysis and problem resolution ability. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to record, document and write routine reports and correspondence relating to mold trials.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability collect and analyze data, and prepare concise reports summarizing the findings of work. Must have the ability to prepare and deliver oral and visual presentations. Ability to effectively communicate to employees at all levels of the organization. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
