Job Description
Your responsibilities also include working with BAU and support teams to analyse issues, troubleshoot, and identify opportunities for improvement. You will also work with downstream systems and delivery teams to implement enhancements to existing HR integrations as per project requirements.
You’ll ensure applications are developed with maintainable code that supports risk management and compliance. You’ll complete detailed designs, functional specifications, and provide technical expertise.

Mandatory Experience And Skills
- Building and maintaining integrations through Rest APIs
- Experienced in Java and/or Python
- Knowledge of Mobile technologies and mobile app development
- Knowledge in Infrastructure – Firewalls, Security, Certificates, SSO etc
- Articulating requirements to development teams in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria and preparing functional specifications
- Strong interest in working hands on in a variety of situations, including building proof of concepts, troubleshooting production issues, and helping the development team with the code as needed.
- Prior experience in HR and Payroll Domain
- Oracle HCM Cloud or eBusiness Suite knowledge
- Knowledge of ServiceNow
- Test Automation and Selenium Framework
- Experience working with Chatbots and Conversational AI
- Experience in working in a large organization, interacting with multiple teams and systems and managing system integrations.
