About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative , you will build on a customer-centric sales and service strategy and deliver the optimal sales experience for our customers by :

  • Demonstrating commitment to a consultative approach, educating and advising customers while upselling where applicable.
  • Meticulously reviewing customer orders and emails to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Understanding fundamentals of industry and client business models in order to accurately access customer needs.
  • Mining existing portfolio to identify sales opportunities and provide clients with tailored solutions.
  • Engaging with clients and prospects over the phone and via email to generate sales opportunities and leads.
  • Proactively build target lists, follow-up on leads and build a sales development routine to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of products and production in order to advise customers and provide solutions.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 years experience in an inside sales role with proven customer service abilities.
  • Professional sales experience with high attention to detail while possessing excellent written and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm when communicating with team and customers.
  • Experienced at sourcing new customers, building relationships and upselling over the course of a relationship.
  • Understand customers’ business and advertising / marketing goals to capture and build customer trust.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills with a solutions mindset and passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multi-task and establish priorities with a high degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Strong computer literacy, including MS Office software.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the printing industry would be considered an asset.
  • Post-secondary education with a sales / marketing focus would be considered an asset.
