Westridge Laboratories, Inc. is a personal care manufacturer and distributor located in Santa Ana, CA. We are professional, innovative and our goal is to provide our customers with outstanding experiences while providing our team with a great place to work and develop. Our primary products are FDA cleared personal lubricants distributed world-wide. Our 55,000 square foot building houses our offices, production, and warehousing.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and available resources. Work closely with Purchasing and Production.

· Monitor inventory levels, make purchase recommendations, and collaborate with Purchasing to ensure materials are available for production.

· Work with warehouse and production team to ensure inventory balances are accurate.

· Utilize systems and tools such as MRP to help ensure needed components are available.

· Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, and Company President to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime

· Develop and maintain bills of materials. Coordinate planning and production of new products.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

· Strong knowledge of MRP systems and supply chain management principles

· Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a scheduling or planning role

· Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization techniques

· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Mechanical knowledge is a plus, as it will aid in understanding production processes and equipment

Pay: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
