*Key Responsibilities:*
*Professionalism:* As our Dining Room Manager, you'll be the face of our restaurant, embodying the highest standards of professionalism. Your leadership will set the tone for the entire dining experience, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.
*Hospitality:* Delivering exceptional hospitality is at the heart of what we do. You'll be responsible for orchestrating a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests, from reservation to farewell.
*Guest Experience:* Strive for excellence in every aspect of the guest experience. Monitor and enhance service standards, address guest feedback with a proactive and positive approach, and continuously seek ways to elevate our offerings.
*Staff Development:* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Train, mentor, and inspire our front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service. Encourage professional growth and provide ongoing feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
*Operations Management:* Oversee daily dining room operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and coordination between front and back of house.
*Team Collaboration:* Work closely with other managers and departments to create a cohesive and high-functioning team. Collaborate on promotions, events, and initiatives to drive business and enhance the overall guest experience.
*Qualifications:*
- Experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a casual dining setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of providing outstanding guest service.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on staff development and teamwork.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
