BeechTree Partners is growing and our Abbey42 community is in need of a full-time Admin Assistant. The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented, be active in the community and is a self-starter.

Some of your responsibilities may include:

• Support property manager, leasing and maintenance team
• Assists in answering the telephone and email inquiries about apartment homes, assess prospects housing needs and desires, and encourages prospective residents to make an appointment to visit our apartment community
• Updates perspective residents on the status of their application and coordinates a move in date with them once their application is approved
• Collects deposits, rental fees and monthly rent
• Inspects common areas on a daily basis in order to ensure that they are presentable for residents, visitors and prospects
• Runs reports as necessary and contacts residents who are coming close to their lease renewal to see if they would like to extend their lease
• Markets Abbey42 to the Portage Community
• Works closely with the property manager on developing community events for residents as well as marketing events for perspective residents.
• Orders and collects inventory of office and maintenance supplies
• Coordinates maintenance appointments with residents
• Coordinates projects with sub-contractors

We expect our ideal candidate to have at the minimum:

• 6 months of prior customer service
• Very detail oriented
• Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Products
• High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
