Your Impact (Responsibilities):
This is a part-time remote position for an Outbound Marketing Assistant. The Outbound Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing outbound marketing strategies to promote our clients' products or services. They will also be responsible for managing relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.
As the Outbound Marketing Assistant you will be responsible for managing the organic social channels for some of our clients. The Outbound Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing outbound marketing strategies to promote our clients' products or services. You will have client-facing responsibilities, as well as analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.

What You’ll Bring (Skills and Qualifications):
- Experience in outbound marketing and /or B2CB2B sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely with occasional on-site visits with clients in the Denver Metro Area.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools
- Adept at creating engaging ideas for lead generation across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok
- Must have strong experience with Community Engagement (Understand strategies such as $1.80 - amongst others)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Stay informed about emerging tools, platforms, and technologies relevant to social media.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients leveraging expertise in social media.
Need to Know's
- Freelance basis, ~20 hours a week [W9 / 1099 contractor]
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (4 hours a day)
- Denver candidates preferred
- Reports to: CEO
