Job Overview:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers to join our team. As a Wobble / Toddler / 2's Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can learn and grow. Your role will involve planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering social and emotional development, and providing a safe and engaging learning environment.

Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans based on an emergent curriculum and promote the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of preschool-aged children.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning and exploration.
- Provide individualized attention and support to students, identifying their unique needs and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote open communication and collaboration.
- Monitor student progress and assess learning outcomes through observation, assessment tools, and documentation.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to plan and coordinate school-wide events, parent meetings, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience working with 12-36 month children in a certified child care setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles, theories, and best practices.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies is a plus.
