Purpose of Position:

The position requires a responsible person working to achieve department goals, reduce overall delinquency. Contacts members via phone and / or electronically, in an effort to recover charged off accounts or delinquent loans. Files appropriate documents and attends court proceedings as necessary. Professional conduct and demeanor are expected to ensure a highly favorable reputation and image. Perform a wide variety of financial services which includes completing member forms, and assisting with account problems.
