Purpose of Position:

Responsible for monitoring marketing trends, analyzing data, and leading the development of strategies for marketing campaigns. Tracks campaigns performance. Prepares campaign results, with easy-to-read data, charts and visual tools and presents findings to support WCCU’s marketing efforts. Uses web technologies and additional software programs to gather, define, and provide insights on the best ways to reach our target markets. Oversees and executes product/services marketing, advertising, and promotional programs within a budget. Builds and fosters relationships across traditional and online media channels; establishes and implements strategic communications plans and may develop, write messaging for press releases, pitches, talking points, and social media accounts. Is involved in Member and Community relations activities. Responsible for enhancing the Credit Union’s image in both business and local communities. Administrates Credit Union’s website and social media platforms. Projects and maintains the Credit Union’s professional image.
