Inside Sales CSR

Bags / Converted Divisions

Description:

Staff will interact on a continual basis with outside sales staff, production, technical and warehousing in an effort to communicate effectively with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Reports directly to Inside Sales Team Manager of the Custom Film Division
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm or as needed
Salary: $40,000 plus quarterly commission after completing probationary 90 days
Location: P1 Bags & Film Sales Office

Responsibilities:

To include but not limited to:

Promptly answer customer inquiries regarding products, quotations, availability and production schedules.
Maintain accurate customer records and pricing information.
Build current customer relationships, as well as obtain additional “new” business from current customers through outbound calls and emails.
Work directly with the outside sales team to develop and grow new and existing business into long term, profitable accounts.
Generate production folders per customer PO’s and projected usage.
Work closely with production to ensure on time availability and delivery of material.

Requirements and Skills:

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, time management, and follow up skills.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to operate effectively with high quality output in a fast-paced work environment, while adapting to quickly changing priorities.
Able to work independently and possess a high level of integrity.
Computer literate with proficiency utilizing Microsoft software products.
Ability to perform basic calculations to determine weights, proportions, percentages, area and volume.

Education and Experience:

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school and two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
