We are seeking an experienced Survey Operations Manager-RPLS with 5 years of experience to join our team in the San Antonio, TX office.

In this position you will act as a Survey Operations Manager, in the execution of various public and private sector survey assignments. You will direct teams of technicians and field crews to complete large-scale public and private works improvement projects, while coordinating survey responsibilities with other discipline leads at WGI.

• Supervise field crews and technicians to establish project responsibilities and priorities
• Coordination with other discipline leads on scheduling objectives and project milestones
• Assignment of daily responsibilities for survey field crews and office technicians
• Perform boundary analysis for large-scale corridor, route, and land surveys
• Sign and seal surveys, maps, and survey related documents as the responsible professional in charge of survey and mapping projects
• Perform in-process quality control of survey field activities, calculations, and project deliverables

• Licensed as a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Texas
• Strong technical skills, including experience with MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer and Civil3D
• Strong communication, writing and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
