In this position you will provide a broad spectrum of design engineering leadership and manage the preparation of civil engineering projects, team member training and implementation of a QA/QC process for clients such as state, county and local governments as well as private development clients. The candidate will be a guide to project teams working in a fast-paced, project and client centered engineering environment where projects may range from large scale multi-year municipal programs to residential communities or commercial developments. Over the last two decades, WGI has been involved in many of Texas’ largest and most complex projects. As a firm we continue to grow and look forward to the opportunity to add talented engineers who are eager to work on exciting projects and grow professionally themselves and help the overall team grow as technical leaders in their community.
