We are currently looking for a service manager to lead our light commercial refrigeration/HVAC service department. The ideal candidate would have the following attributes:

Below are Job Duties for the position:

· Recruit, train and motivate our service technicians

· Help promote our company to new customers

· Assist technicians in problem solving and training

· Work with our office staff to help take care of our customers’ needs

· Assist technicians in communicating with office staff to meet billing criteria and other required reports

· Coordinate schedules to balance after hour, weekend, and business hour calls
