Whalley Law PLLC is Hiring an Experienced Personal Injury Paralegal Near Spokane, WA

Whalley Law is looking for an experienced paralegal to join our Personal Injury team in Spokane Valley. The paralegal will support our personal injury attorney, who maintains a case load of approximately 40-70.

Position requires the candidate to be a team first person. Must maintain effective communication with attorneys and be highly organized. Whalley law is looking for someone who does not need much guidance and is familiar with all civil cases and procedures.

Strong drafting skills are required and knowledge of litigation procedures is preferred. The candidate must be highly organized and experienced with Microsoft word, and maintaining calendars. Additional paralegal tasks and job duties are required, such as filing and calendaring. Must work well in team atmosphere. Position is in office Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. This position does require some family law paralegal work, so all candidates must be willing and able to draft declarations and motions for the limited family law cases the attorney handles.
