The Restaurant Team Leader assists in managing daily operations. They supervise a team to ensure customer service, quality operations, food safety and health code compliance, and inventory management.
- Supervises and coaches team members to provide excellent customer service.
- Maintains efficiency in food preparation and delivery.
- Trains team members to sustain and uplift restaurant quality standards.
- Supports robust communication between management and team members.
- Supports financial management with cash control and cashiering supervision.
- Maintains appropriate inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
- Monitors and maintains compliance with cleaning and sanitation procedures.
