Job Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for Bookkeeping, Payroll and Office Management:

• Assist Executive Director with Financials.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Prepare Payroll via ADP.
• Daily Cash Handling and Deposits.
• POS Management.
• Attend WSR Board Meetings.
• Hire and train WSR Office Staff.
• Knowledge & Promotion of All Programs and Schedules.
• Other Duties as Requested by Immediate Supervisor.

Work Schedule

The Employee will be required to work varied and flexible shifts. Hours per week will be 30 to 40 hours as needed. Time of day work shifts may vary. Work during certain weekends and evenings will be required to coordinate with organizational programming.

Compensation

The Employee shall be compensated for work performed while carrying out the job duties and responsibilities as follows:

• Hourly wage based on experience and time served.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
