Enrollment Marketing Communications Specialist

Job Overview

Reporting to the Director of Marketing is a member of the Marketing Communications team, with a close working relationship with the Enrollment Division. Primary responsibilities are to facilitate, coordinate, and implement comprehensive and strategic marketing plans for Undergraduate and Graduate enrollment in addition to other special programs.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Implements and measures the effectiveness of the marketing and communication strategies for prospective students.
  2. Builds highly collaborative relationships with key partners and subject matter experts.
  3. Develops content for the prospective-student-facing web pages. This includes regularly updating photography, video, text, and forms.
  4. Coordinates and supports digital advertising campaigns, working with outside vendors.
  5. Writes copy and coordinates design and production of online and offline collateral designed to attract prospective students to visit, apply, and enroll.
  6. Develops plans and content for comprehensive, omnichannel communication plans for key audiences in Slate CRM.
  7. Collects and tracks official college profile and academic program updates from registrar, program directors, and other stakeholders.
  8. Project manages complex, multidimensional marketing and advertising campaigns.
  9. Provide story ideas to the Content Team to support marketing goals.
  10. Conducts research as necessary to identify opportunities for marketing strategies.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree required, ideally with a focus in journalism, communication, marketing, or a related field.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in marketing.

Physical Requirements

The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 10 pounds.
