Now Hiring :

Schedulers and Front Desk Coordinators : $17.00 - $22.50 / hour

Responsibilities :

  • Answer incoming calls from patients.
  • Schedule patient appointments, including procedures, follow-ups, radiology / lab tests, and recall appointments.
  • Check-in patients upon arrival at the office as well as check-out upon departure.
  • Obtain accurate information from patients and ensure all registration forms are complete.
  • Assist with patient registration, financial transactions, and payments.
  • Provide front office or back-office support as needed.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience levels vary : Positions available for entry-level (1-4 years’ experience) and intermediate level (4 years’ experience).
  • Familiarity with EMR Epic or Centricity PM a plus
  • Previous clinical experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with proficiency in basic arithmetic and ability to handle financial transactions.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and EMR software; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of healthcare plans and medical benefits preferred.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in sensitive situations.
  • Bilingual is a Plus
