Job SummaryAs an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for Whim Hospitality by effectively managing incoming inquiries and converting them into sales opportunities. You will engage with prospective clients, understand their event needs, and recommend the appropriate event rental solutions from our extensive inventory. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience, from the initial contact to closing the sale. Responsibilities And DutiesInbound Sales:
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and website
Build rapport with potential clients, actively listen to their requirements, and offer tailored event rental solutions
Grow accounts organically through relationship-based sales.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our rental inventory, pricing, and service offerings
Provide detailed product information and recommendations to clients, addressing their specific event needs
Quoting and Proposal Generation:
Prepare accurate and timely quotes and proposals based on client requirements
Follow up with clients to answer questions, make adjustments, and close deals
Customer Relationship Management:
Cultivate positive and long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the sales process
Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
Cross-Selling and Up-Selling:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional services or equipment to maximize sales revenue
Collaboration:
Collaborate with the sales team, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of client orders
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging event technologies to remain a trusted advisor to clients
Qualifications And Skills
Proven experience in inbound sales, preferably in the event rental or hospitality industry
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
