Whipped Bakery Cafe is a fasting growing company located here in Warr Acres. We have an immediate need for the following positions:
Cafe/Bakery General Manager
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE MUST HAVES:
Strong Cake Baking and Decorating Skills
Employee Management Skills for both Front of the House and Kitchen
Handling Customer Issues
Employee Scheduling
Safeserv Managers Certification or able to test IS A REQUIREMENT
Inventory Management
Understanding of Food Safety
Ability to read and test different recipes
Customer Service Skills
Be able to handle high stress environments
DESIRED:
Cookie Decorating
Pastries
Yeast Breads
Sandwiches
Catering

Pay is based on experience and includes revenue sales bonuses based on overall performance.

Pay: $10.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
