Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support disputes, and property division
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements with precision and care
• Provide compassionate and pragmatic legal advice to clients, helping them navigate complex and emotionally challenging situations
• Collaborate with our team of attorneys and support staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to client service

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Virginia, with a good standing in the state bar
• Demonstrated ability to handle a diverse caseload and deliver successful outcomes
