Key Responsibilities

Business Operations:

• Oversee regional operational processes and systems, enhancing team efficiency.
• Act as the expert on platform data sources and tools.
• Collaborate with North American teams to standardize regional sales processes.
• Review regional agreements from financial and business operations perspectives.
• Develop and maintain workflow across sales systems.
• Ensure regional sales teams have appropriate access and configuration to sales platforms.
• Manage legal compliance and contract reviews.

Financial Operations:

• Drive logistics related to revenue recognition and optimize resources against business goals.
• Develop financial models to analyze business scenarios and support decision-making.
• Manage expenses and optimize cost structures across multiple regions.
• Handle all commercial financial reporting and payment obligations.
• Issue content partner remittances and improve reporting processes.
• Monitor and report on TV Plus investments and ROI.

Financial Analytics:

• Create models and dashboards to measure sales inputs and outputs.
• Manage data migration for global dashboard reporting.
• Establish weekly reporting formats and forecasting models
• Develop strategic planning models and ROI models for new products.
• Produce key metrics for internal benchmarking and QBR.

Sales Finance / Sales Operations:

• Support new product initiatives and deal pricing analysis.
• Oversee sales pipeline forecasting and target analysis.
• Approve deal pricing and analyze discount impacts.
• Propose strategies to increase productivity and manage rate cards.

Other:

• Promote local best practices and support with training.
• Drive continuous improvement across operations.
• Assist with expansion projects and liaise with HQ for global mandates.

Desired Skills and Attributes

• Fully qualified CA/CPA accountant or Masters in Finance; MBA preferred.
• 15 years of finance experience in the media industry or large corporations.
• 10 years with advanced BI reporting tools and SQL.
• 10 years of advanced Excel skills and deep understanding of macros.
• Strong MS Office skills, including PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Experience managing a direct team in a global organization.
• Proven leadership skills across various stakeholder levels.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to solve complex problems and navigate large organizations.
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Korean speaking is highly advantageous.
