White Buffalo Coffee Bar Regional Manager
White Buffalo Coffee Bar is seeking a high-energy, service-oriented individual who is ready to lead a team! A White Buffalo Regional Manager is able to multi-task, maintain order/operations under pressure, and able to fulfill all barista duties when necessary. Coffee industry/barista experience is not required, however previous experience in the service industry is preferred.
This position includes oversight of multiple locations (including but not limited to Lawton, Fort Sill, and Wichita Falls). Applicants should possess strong communication skills, organizational skills, and trustworthiness.
White Buffalo offers a positive work environment, where employees are respected and empowered to always place the customer’s needs first. Manager’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: team scheduling, product inventory and ordering, barista hiring & training, cash management, and maintaining overall store cleanliness/standards.
Availability in the evenings and weekends is required.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
