Position Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Oversee all aspects of production operations, including compounding, rigid packaging, flexible packaging, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow and resource utilization.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with sales and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the production process.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Investigate and address any quality issues or non-conformities in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and ensure adherence to maintenance procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Implement measures to increase efficiency, productivity, and throughput.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness and ensure that all employees receive appropriate training.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between production teams and other departments.
• Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Encourage and support professional growth and career advancement within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
• Food safety standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of cGMPs
• Ability to manage processes and procedures.
• Ability to manage team members effectively.
• Ability to work in an environment with inside/outside extreme temperatures and in noisy environments.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, with specific expertise in compounding, rigid packaging, flexible packaging, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of compounding, rigid packaging, flexible packaging, and maintenance operations.
• Proficiency in production planning and scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving results and driving performance.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong collaborative and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and departments.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial, business administration, or a related field.
Manager Responsibilities
• Adhere to cGMP and SOPs.
• Report any situations that might have a negative effect on food safety or quality immediately to supervisor or QA Department.
• Ensure food safety and quality are maintained according to company standards.
• Comply with policies and procedures to prepare and pack products under sanitary conditions that do not expose it to the risk of contamination.
• Set clear expectations and goals for team members and monitor performance.
• Provide leadership and direction to production supervisors and teams.

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment and machinery.
• Communicate regularly with senior management regarding production performance, challenges, and opportunities.
• Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators, production metrics, and operational efficiency.

• Encourage and support professional growth and career advancement within the organization.
• Operate and maintain a clean and hygienic standard of operation. Follow Company cGMP’s (Current Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety Policies at all times).
QUALIFICATIONS : If you apply for this position, you must be eligible to work in the U.S. without the need for an employer-sponsored visa (work permit).
PHYSICAL DEMANDS : The candidate must possess mobility to work in a standard warehouse setting and with and around various equipment, parts, and inventory. The candidate must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT : While performing the primary duties of the job, the employee is regularly exposed to various outdoor and indoor environments (i.e. general office, industrial complexes, food processing plants, semiconductor labs, clean rooms, etc., some of which can be hazardous). Temperature variances, high noise levels, and dusty environments may be
encountered.
