• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
• Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Provides information by answering questions and requests.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
• Strong leadership and effective problem-solving skills a must
• Billing & Estimates Sent Through Quickbooks Online
• Provide assistance and support to company personnel
• Research, track and restore accounting documentation problems and discrepancies
• Recording information, processing, and filing forms
• Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
• Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles.
• Responding appropriately to a vendor, client, and internal requests.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• 8:30AM - 4:30PM
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Must have managerial experience (3 years minimum)

Language:

• English/Spanish (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
