- Assists with assigned personal care tasks as well as with ambulation and exercised.
- CHHA, prepares patient special diet if necessary as well as measures intake and output as necessary.
- The CHHA will demonstrate sound judgement in relationship to the care of the patient.
- Completes daily activity record and accurately documents the care provided.
