Position: Part Time Group Faciliatator

As a Group Facilitator at White Light Behavioral Health, you will play a vital role in our patients' journey towards recovery. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals who are comfortable documenting in an electronic medical record system and conducting groups. As part of our team, you will work collaboratively with a diverse group of professionals to provide holistic care to our patients.

Requirements:

• MASTERS DEGREE IS THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENT FOR THIS POSITION
• Experience in substance use disorder treatment is preferred.
• Knowledge of the disease model of addiction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in an electronic medical record system.

Duties:

• Group facilitation in a private dual diagnosis facility.
• Complete and maintain proper documentation to ensure success and safety for the patients.
• Collaborate with team members to collectively work in the patients best interest
