We're looking for someone who can join us to support our growing workforce in multiple states (Nebraska, Iowa, Colorado, and Kansas) and business units (hospitality, storage, residential, and commercial).

This person will report to our VP of Administrative Services (HR, Finance, IT, & Marketing) and will receive the support needed to be successful.

Functional responsibilities:

• Recruiting and on-boarding
• Benefits administration
• Compensation support
• Payroll administration
• HRIS administration, including some reporting
• Policy and employee relations support

Requirements:

• Bachelors in a relevant field preferred
• Multiple years of relevant experience in Human Resources required
• Experience running payroll(s) preferred, if not required
• Experience working with hourly and salaried employees, preferably in our industries
• Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms
• Experience administering different benefits (e.g. medical, 401(k)) and carriers (e.g. UHC, Voya)
• Experience using ADP as an HRIS preferred, but not required
• Experience with metrics and reporting
