Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing customer relationships, and ensuring efficient loan processing and credit analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional math skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively.

Duties:
- Manage financial transactions and ensure compliance with dealership policies.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through excellent customer service.
- Conduct credit analysis and loan processing efficiently.
- Utilize financial software for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Collaborate with sales team on automotive sales financing options.
- Oversee title processing procedures accurately.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for customers.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in finance or related field, preferably in a dealership setting.
- Familiarity with financial software and tools for credit analysis.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Experience in negotiating terms and agreements beneficial.
- Knowledge of automotive sales processes is a plus.
