White Oak of North Grove is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join our Nurse leadership team to fill our RN Weekend Supervisor position. The RN Supervisor assesses resident care needs and implements appropriate action. Implements nursing policies and procedures. Supervises the quality of nursing care provided to patients/residents for our beautiful 132-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located at 290 North Grove Park Dr., Spartanburg, SC 29303.

We are hiring a RN Weekend Supervisor:

• Overnight Shift Supervisor: Saturdays & Sundays; 6:45 pm - 7:15 am

This is an exciting time to be a member of the White Oak of North Grove team! We have excellent staffing ratios, and a strong team of exceptional RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. Our nurse managers excel in their roles and provide consistent and valuable support for the RN Supervisor.

The ideal candidate is flexible and innovative with a strong leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, communication, customer service and organizational skills. Must relate professionally with residents, staff, family members, referral sources, physicians, and vendors. The Weekend RN Supervisor desires to build on the employee engagement and excels in being part of the weekend/weekday team to encourage collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications include a current RN license, excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience in long-term care and/or supervisory experience is required.
