Come join our Nursing Leadership Team! Our beautiful campus of White Oak Estates is located in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a motivated RN to fill our Assistant Director of Nursing position. The ADON will assist the DON with monitoring and overseeing the nursing department for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

This is an exciting time to be a member of the White Oak Estates team! We enjoy a strong team of exceptional RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, as well as a team of corporate nursing consultants dedicated to ensuring your success. Our nurse managers excel in their roles and provide consistent and valuable support for the ADON.

The ideal candidate is flexible and innovative with a strong leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, communication, customer service and organizational skills. The ADON must relate professionally with residents, staff, family members, referral sources, physicians, and vendors and the ADON will assist with the overall operation of the nursing department in accordance with facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory agencies.

At least 1 year of long-term care and supervisory experience is required. Must possess skills necessary for acting as charge nurse on a given unit, when assigned. Must be able to work well with all levels of personnel.

Required Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in infection control
• Proficient computer skills
• Well-developed leadership and team building skills
• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a RN in SC
