We are looking for an Accounts Payable & Treasury Associate to join our team. This position provides support to various aspects of the accounting department, which include, but are not limited to, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, journal entries/account reconciliations, banking/treasury transactions and processes.

We are looking for an Accounts Payable & Treasury Associate to join our team. This position provides support to various aspects of the accounting department, which include, but are not limited to, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, journal entries/account reconciliations, banking/treasury transactions and processes.
Essential Duties
- A/P Entry and Check runs
- Invoice verification and approval process
- A/R - Corporate Billbacks, Intercompany reconciliations
- Prepare bank deposits and related notices
- Wire/ACH entry within banking platform(s)
- Download/distribute monthly bank statements
- Record cash activity to the general ledger (Corporate and Real Estate)
- Daily Reconciliations – Cash Reporting
- Corporate account reconciliations, journal entries
- Bachelor's degree with an accounting major preferred
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Banking/Treasury experience required
- Software experience in Yardi preferred
- Exposure to Real Estate is a plus
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and operate with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable and proficient at performing tasks using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.) and other company utilized systems, programs, and software
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Self-starter who can work well independently as well as with others on a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
