White River Health is Hiring a Community Engagement Coordinator - Safety Sensitive Near Batesville, AR

Job Summary
This position supports the Marketing goals and objectives and other projects as assigned. Community Engagement Coordinator is responsible for establishing professional business relationships with local businesses, key stakeholders in wellness, and the community to promote health and wellness.
Job Duties
  1. Establish and manage events and programs that promote community engagement and wellness.
  2. Ensure health screening data and documentation are accurately collected and reported.
  3. Ensure inventory is organized and quality controlled per Laboratory/CLIA.
  4. Visit with referring clinics and providers in Izard, Lawrence, and Sharp counties and promote WRHS services and specialties.
  5. Run BRG reports for management.
  6. Assist with Marketing & Foundation events.
  7. Process check requests for Marketing & Foundation.
  8. Allocate the departmental advertising expenses.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
Qualifications:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree required and Master's preferred, preferably Health related field.
  2. Training and Experience: Prefer experience in a medical and/or community relations related industry. Requires a good understanding of hospital and community.
  3. Job Knowledge: Excellent writing and oral communication skills. Effective time management and project organizational skills. Knowledge of health and wellness.
Essentials:
  1. Must be able to report to work fit for duty and free of any adverse effects of illegal drugs, medical marijuana, prescription medication, and/or alcohol.
  2. Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with other individuals. Displays positive demeanor and professional image.
  3. Demonstrates the PRIDE Standards of Behavior (Prompt Service, Respect, Involved, Demeanor, and Environmental Focus).
Physical Demands : Must be able to travel and work flexible hours including occasional weekends and evenings. Job responsibilities require a minimum amount of physical work. This individual will be required to lift and haul materials to events, set up and take down tables and tents, and lift boxes containing provider directories and referral cards.
