Responsibilities

• Maintain HR Files
• Manage Payroll through the following Platforms: Reynolds and Reynolds and ADP
• Manage Open Enrollment
• Maintain Job Descriptions
• Communicate with Management on all new hires, position changes, and terms of employment
• Follow up on Workers Compensation information and claims
• Complete entire process of Orientation with new employees
• Collect, process, and post Payroll
• Manage Disciplinary Actions and record accurately
• Manage all elements of recruiting employees, which includes: Posting Job Openings, Prescreening, Scheduling Interviews for Managers, Running Background Checks and Drug Screens
• Manage our Company Compliance Program. ComplyNet, and endure all tasks are complete and all employees are up to date on their classes
• Other Tasks/Duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources
• 2-3 years experience preferred
• MUST HAVE organized and friendly personality
• MUST be able to multi-task efficiently
• Time management skills
• Must be reliable
• Team oriented and self-motivated
• Eagerness to improve
• Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
