What you will be Doing:

• Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Managing and mentoring department heads, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Monitoring financial performance, preparing budgets, forecasts, and reports for senior management.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
• Maintaining and enhancing relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and performance.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Technical knowledge and/or related experience with automation products.
• Proven track record of successfully managing business operations and achieving financial targets.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in financial management and reporting tools.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and drive innovation.

Working Conditions:

• This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position based in our Carlsbad office.
