Senior Sales Manager – Products - White Tail Connect

What you will be Doing:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Preparing detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Technical knowledge and/or related experience with automation products.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze and adapt to market changes.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field would be an asset.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position based in our Carlsbad office.
  • The hours of work are 8am-5pm with some flexibility.
