```Duties:```
-Greeting customers in a courteous manor
-Answering phone calls, taking messages when needed.
-Updating customers and/or insurance companies about job status.
```Qualifications:```
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
