Associates play an essential role on the Whiteboard Advisors team as individuals responsible for providing writing, research, and logistical support that enables us to offer outstanding service to our clients. Successful Associates demonstrate the ability to synthesize information quickly, communicate well with clients and team members, manage multiple projects with clarity and precision, and maintain a keen understanding of what's newsy in our work. Qualifications
* Demonstrated interest, commitment and passion for addressing issues of equity, access, and social justice.
* One to two years of communications agency experience (internships count!) is highly valued.
* Experience contributing to a communications team or conducting communications on behalf of a company or organization.
* Strong project management skills with ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at once.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience managing scheduling and administrative tasks.
* Willingness to learn new skills and develop subject matter expertise.
