About The Role
- Source and build an inventory of candidates (RN, LPN, MA, etc.) looking for temporary work
- Manage candidate inventory to meet the needs of our clients
- Conduct formal interviews and screenings of candidates
- Call candidates and present job opportunities, matching the candidate's interests and employer requirements
- Coordinate the life-cycle process from scheduling interviews to placement on an assignment
- Work with credentialing and compliance department to on-board all candidates
- Manage ongoing relationships with the temporary team, including payroll, attendance, benefits, and compliance
About You
- Comfort and interest in making phone calls and talking to candidates by phone
- Comfortable conducting quality checks and navigating conflict
- Ability to manage and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency with MS Word (required) Excel (preferred)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Good strategist and problem solver
- High-energy, motivated
